The Church of Blues is a non-denominational musical fellowship, formed around a central precept: Music Heals.
Our Mission: To spread the healing power of music, especially the blues, as far and wide as possible.
The blues are an original American art form. It's heart and soul descends of our collective humanity, serving as a timeless reflection of our many unique cultural experiences. We hear the echoes of ancient laments and the resounding joy of overcoming adversity.
The Church of Blues is a sacred haven for honoring this rich musical heritage. We gather to share our blues. We celebrate the essence of what it means to be human. We acknowledge that life is filled with trials and tribulations, and yet, in the blues, there is resilience, redemption, hope, -and healing.
